You Are Not Imagining This

You know something has changed.
You just may not have the words for it yet.

Maybe you used to feel focused, capable, patient, and sure of yourself. Now you may lose your train of thought in the middle of a sentence. You may walk into a room and forget why you are there.

Your sleep, mood, energy, digestion, temperature, body, or ability to tolerate stress may feel completely different. And when someone asks what is wrong, you may find yourself saying:

"I don't know. I just don't feel like myself anymore."

That does not mean you are imagining it. It may mean that too many changes are happening at once, and no one has helped you step back long enough to see the full picture.

"I don't recognize myself anymore."
You may feel like the woman you used to know has become harder to find.
"My brain does not work the way it used to."
You may lose words, forget details, struggle to focus, or worry that you are making more mistakes than before.
"I am exhausted, but I still cannot rest."
You may feel drained during the day and still struggle to sleep, settle down, or recover at night.
"Everything feels harder than it should."
Work, relationships, decisions, exercise, daily routines, and even small tasks may require more effort than they used to.
"I have symptoms everywhere, and I do not know what belongs together."
Sleep, mood, weight, pain, temperature, digestion, energy, concentration, and confidence may all be changing at the same time.
"I do not know how to explain this to my doctor."
You may arrive with a long list of concerns but still leave without feeling that the whole picture was understood.

Women in the workplace describe making mistakes, losing confidence, missing deadlines, questioning their competence, and fearing that changes in their health could cost them a career they worked years to build.

This Is Me. I Want to Understand What Has Changed.
The Problem Is Not You

You have been asked to understand a connected experience one disconnected symptom at a time.

One conversation focuses on sleep. Another focuses on weight. Another focuses on anxiety. Another focuses on pain, digestion, concentration, hot flashes, low energy, mood, or libido. Each concern may be treated as if it exists on its own.

Meanwhile, you are the one trying to remember:

When did this begin? What changed first?

Which symptoms occur together?

What makes them better or worse?

Is this stress, menopause, poor sleep, nutrition, medication, or something else?

What should I bring to my doctor?

What can I begin supporting on my own?

Women are often left navigating a confusing mix of vitamins, supplements, hormone information, social media recommendations, conflicting advice, and repeated appointments without a clear framework for understanding what they are trying to solve.

The problem is not that you have failed to keep track of your symptoms. The problem is that no one has helped you organize the full experience.

That is where this challenge begins.

A Different Kind of Tool

This is not another
symptom checklist.

A checklist tells you what symptoms exist. A Body Map helps you understand how change is showing up in you.

A symptom list can tell you that fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, temperature changes, mood changes, joint pain, digestive symptoms, and changes in sexual health may occur during the menopause transition.

But a checklist cannot tell you how those changes are affecting your life, which experiences seem to travel together, what you notice before the symptom becomes overwhelming, or what your next step should be.

During Know Your Body. Own Your Story., you will move beyond checking boxes. You will begin creating a connected picture of your lived experience.

Physician-Designed Tools

You will use two physician-designed tools
to begin making sense of what has changed.

Built for your lived experience. Not handed to you as a PDF to figure out on your own.

Tool 1
Body Map™

The Body Map™ is a proprietary physician-designed educational tool that helps women organize their lived experience during the menopause transition.

Rather than treating each change in isolation, the Body Map™ is designed to help you see patterns you may not have recognized — and to give you a structured, connected picture of what has been happening in your body.

You will complete your Body Map™ during the live challenge with Dr. Stacey's guidance. You will leave with something you built — not a PDF someone handed you.

Tool 2
TLC-SAY™

TLC-SAY™ is Dr. Stacey's proprietary observation framework designed to help women move beyond "I don't know how to explain it" toward clearer observations, stronger communication, and more meaningful health conversations.

Participants will learn and apply the TLC-SAY™ framework during the live challenge. It is not something you can find anywhere else — because Dr. Stacey built it specifically for women navigating this transition.

You will not learn this framework by reading this page. You will learn it by showing up.

What You Will Leave With

You will not leave with more information to sort through later.
You will leave with something you have built.

By the end of the challenge, you will have:

A Completed Body Map

A structured picture of the changes you have been noticing.

TLC-SAY™

Confidence using Dr. Stacey's proprietary observation framework — learned and applied during the live challenge.

Clearer Language

Words you can use when speaking with your family, your health care team, or yourself.

Better Pattern Recognition

A clearer sense of what may be connected and what may require separate attention.

A Next-Step Reflection

A way to consider what you can support, what you need to continue observing, and what may deserve a deeper clinical conversation.

Greater Confidence in the Conversation

Not because you will have every answer, but because you will be better prepared to describe the question.

Your Three-Day Experience

Three days. Three distinct outcomes.

Each day builds on the last. You arrive with your experience. You leave with a clearer picture.

Day 1 · August 21
Map What Has Changed

You will begin building your Body Map. We will move beyond a general symptom list and identify where change has appeared in your body, daily routines, work, relationships, sleep, energy, thinking, and sense of self.

Your Day 1 Outcome
"I can finally see what has changed."
Day 2 · August 22
Observe Your Body Differently

You will be introduced to and begin applying the TLC-SAY™ framework — Dr. Stacey's proprietary tool for moving from "I don't know how to explain it" to clearer, more organized observations. You will practice using it with your own experience.

Your Day 2 Outcome
"I can describe my body's signals more clearly."
Day 3 · August 23
Know Your Next Step

You will bring your Body Map and TLC-SAY™ observations together. You will reflect on what you may be able to support through wellness practices, what you need to continue observing, and what may deserve a deeper clinical conversation.

Your Day 3 Outcome
"I have a clearer idea of what to do next."
Is This Right for You?

This experience may be right for you if:

You do not need to have a formal diagnosis. You do not need to be taking hormone therapy. You do not need to live in one of Dr. Stacey's licensed clinical states to participate in this educational challenge.

You do not need to arrive with the right words.

That is what we are going to build together.

  • You keep saying, "I don't feel like myself anymore."
  • You have several changes happening at once and do not know how they fit together.
  • You struggle to remember or explain everything during medical appointments.
  • You are tired of trying random solutions without a clear question.
  • You want to participate more effectively in conversations about your health.
  • You are not sure whether you are in perimenopause, menopause, or experiencing something else.
  • You want better language without trying to diagnose yourself.
  • You want to understand what deserves your attention next.
Why This Is Different

This challenge is not about giving you
more information to manage.

It is about helping you organize the experience you are already living.

Physician-Led, Not Influencer-Driven

Dr. Stacey Denise is a board-certified surgeon and lifestyle and menopause medicine physician. The tools and frameworks you will use were developed from clinical practice and are designed to help you think more clearly about your experience.

Built Around Your Experience

This challenge does not assume you have a diagnosis. It does not require you to be taking medication. It meets you where you are and helps you build a clearer picture of what is actually happening in your life.

A Framework, Not a Protocol

You will not leave with a supplement stack or a hormone protocol. You will leave with a way of observing and describing your experience that you can use in any conversation, with any provider, at any point in your journey.

Live and Interactive

This is not a pre-recorded course. Dr. Stacey will guide you live each day. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and work through the material in real time with other women who are navigating the same territory.

Your Guide

Meet Dr. Stacey Denise

Dr. Stacey Denise is a board-certified surgeon and lifestyle and menopause medicine physician. She is the founder of Uncharted Menopause™ and the creator of The Neuroaesthetic MD™ approach, which integrates the science of the nervous system with the lived experience of midlife change.

Her clinical work is built on a simple observation: women arrive at appointments with a full experience and leave with a partial answer. Not because their providers do not care, but because no one has helped them organize what they are trying to explain.

The Body Map™ and TLC-SAY™ are proprietary educational tools developed from that clinical reality — designed to help women move from scattered and overwhelmed to organized and prepared. You will learn and apply both during the live challenge.

Board-Certified Surgeon Lifestyle Medicine Physician Menopause Medicine Founder, Uncharted Menopause™ The Neuroaesthetic MD™

"I kept hearing the same thing from women in my practice: 'I don't feel like myself anymore.' And I kept watching them struggle to explain it. Not because they weren't paying attention to their bodies. Because no one had given them a framework for organizing what they were noticing."
